A Case Study for
Bellbrook United Methodist Church
Our Mission:
To be a caring fellowship of believers committed to helping people connect with God, each other, and the world around them.
Our Vision:
To know God and to serve others.
Our Blessings
- Quality inspirational worship
- A partnership of believers serving sacrificially
- A gifted team of God’s servants possessing a rich variety of gifts, resources and experiences
- An excellent, fully accredited Preschool that projects the caring of our congregation into the community
Our Challenge
- To provide a larger space for fellowship
- To provide a handicapped accessible place for large meetings and fellowship
- To have a larger and better equipped kitchen
- To provide more flexibility for community groups to meet
- To provide more Sunday School and other small group ministry space
- To have a modern and well-equipped nursery
- To have more bathrooms
- To have easier accessibility to the building from the parking area
- To have more and better storage space
Our Strategy
- Build an addition adjacent to the existing building:
- Consists of a multi-purpose room that may be divided or used as a large space
- Restrooms, nursery, and office space will be included
- The pastor’s office will become an overflow area for the sanctuary
- Provide Happy Child Preschool office space in the current church office
