Thanks for checking out Bellbrook United Methodist Church
We welcome you to come and visit in person! Before you do, here are some additional things you may want to know…
When is your main worship service and how long does it last?
We gather for our primary worship service on Sunday mornings at 10:00 am. Our service typically lasts about an hour.
Where do you meet?
Our church is located at 47 E. Franklin St. in Bellbrook, OH. We have ample parking with easy access to our main entrance. For a map to our facility click here.
What should I wear?
At Bellbrook UMC you’ll see people in a variety of clothing, so everyone is welcome to dress according to their own comfort and tastes. Some prefer to dress up in their “Sunday best” while others prefer to wear jeans and flip-flops. Either way is fine by us.
What can I expect from a typical Sunday service?
In our service we will sing, pray, hear the Word of God and share our gifts. Please know that we will never single you out as a visitor in a way that makes you uncomfortable. Our music is a creative blend of traditional hymns and contemporary songs that lead us to connect to God in relevant ways. The message you’ll hear is Bible based and applicable to your life.
Who goes to your church?
We have quite a mixture of people at Bellbrook UMC. Our congregation truly spans the ages, from newborns to people in their 80s. You’ll find just about every type of person here – married, single, divorced, widowed – professionals, students, workers, retired – life-long Dayton area residents and those who have just recently moved to the community. We continue to strive to create a community where everyone and every family is welcome and valued!
What do you have for children on Sunday mornings?
During worship children (nursery through 4th grace) are welcome to worship with their families or attend Children's Church. Children who attend Children's Church begin in worship and receive a message designed for them. Then they move to our Community Room where they participate in an interactive lesson. Our children's program has been set up with your child’s safety in mind.
Do you have additional opportunities on Sunday morning?
Yes, we do. We have classes for children, middle and high school students, and adults from 9:00 - 9:45 prior to our worship service. Feel free to join one of our groups, meet some new people and learn something new.
If I have more questions, who do I ask?
Send us an email by filling out the contact form below and we’ll be in touch promptly. We look forward to meeting you and having you worship with us!
